Welcome to the capital of Virginia in the heart of the state. This city has a deep sense of the past as you walk through the streets of its historic district, yet is still a modern city with a thriving business sector. Richmond is the perfect location for any trip, being a great destination in and of itself, yet also a short drive from beaches, hiking trails in the mountains, historic sites, and Washington DC. Come see what the South once named as its capital.
